During the festival, the information Tent located in the OASIS food court area will deal with lost and found properties. Once the festival ends, please report to Minami Uonuma Police Station.

During the Festival

July 30 (Fri) - August 1 (Sun): Inquiry at Information Tent (OASIS area) to collect lost property
9:00am-2:00am following morning

August 2 (Mon): Inquiry at the outside gate ticket desk (by the shop and merchandise area) to collect lost property
9:00am-noon

After the Festival

from August 4 (Wed) 10:00-: Minami Uonuma Police Station
*Please be advised that the Police Station will be sorting lost property and cannot take your inquiry before August 2 (Wed).
