Tickets: Terms and conditions

Please read before booking your tickets!

  • The Festival office may change rules to assure smooth running of operation. Tickets are not refundable for such operational rule change regardless of the ways such changes are notified. Thank you for understanding.
  • Lost wrist bands will not be re-issued for any reason. Guests without a wrist band will be asked to leave the site, so please be extra careful not to loose it.
  • Please keep the writst band on your wrist until you leave the Festival.
  • After exchanging from a ticket, a wrist band will be a proof of your ticket purchase. Please look after it with care during the Festival period.
  • Tents, tarp shelters, flysheets and parasols as well as any installed objects that obstruct others view are not allowed in the festival site.
  • If anybody is found to have entered the festival illegally, it will be reported to the police and the violating person will be put under their care. The person will also be subject to pay compensation for any damage.
  • A ticket is valid for one person only.
  • Primary school age children or under 12 years of age are free to enter the site as long as they are accompanied by their carers.
  • The number of campsite tickets you purchase cannot exceed the number of entrance tickets you hold.
  • A car park pass and a campsite ticket are not sold separately from entrance tickets. If you plan to come by car, please purchase a car park pass.
  • You may not make a change or cancellation once you place your application.
  • Please refrain from any behaviour that can cause annoyance to local people. Please do not arrive by car without a car park pass.
  • Due to local regulations, people under 18 years must return to their accomodation by 11pm.
  • The festival will be not be cancelled due to rain or inclement weather. Tickets cannot be refunded due to artist cancellation.
  • The last stage will not finish on time for you to catch the last bullet train each day. Please make your accomodation arrangement through the tour center or by purchasing a campsite ticket. Please do not sleep in the local neibourhood and in the station area.
  • Glass bottles, cans, fireworks, explosives and any illegal substances are not allowed to be brought into the festival site.
  • Pets or animals are not allowed in the festival or campsite.
  • The production, the site and the artists will not be responsible for accidents and thefts in and out of the festival site.
  • The festival will not be responsible for injuries by moshing and diving during performances although a first aid facility will be provided. Please be careful! Injuries and accidents with a third party need to be solved between the people involved.
  • People with intorelable behaviour or those who do not follow the staff's direction in and out of the site will be requested to leave the festival. On such occasion, the ticket will not be refunded.
  • You may bring a camera and/or video camera into the site but it is strictly prohibited to record the artists. No sound recording equipments are allowed in the site.
  • Please be prepared for rain and/or cold weather. Due to safety, umbrellas are not allowed in the site.
  • Please use a portable ashtray if you smoke.
  • Tickets booked in Japan will be dispatched after the end of June.
